Replacing door seal for Whirlpool AWG 280/ 7

Could you give me some guidance with how to replace the door seal for the Whirlpool awg 280 / 7. It seems easy enough to just pull the old one out and jimmy the new one in, however I don’t want to end up with another flooded flat. Your help would me greatly appreciated.

First you will need a replacement seal from here 🙂

Then you disconnect the machine from the electricity…… :zap:

Then, armed with the right tools, remove the front panel and you will be able to “jimmy” the rest I’m sure?

…..if not? then click on the link below for a local engineer to fix it for you. Who knows he may be called Jimmy? 🙂
