    Hi

    I have a Baumatic BDW13 and I need to replace the main heater element in the bottom of the tub. Have ordered the new heater element but have no idea how to get the old one out. User manual just states calling Baumatic for a service but I understand from a number of people this is very expensive.

    take the base off will let you into the fixing for the heater,
    plug out if trying but the best thing to do would be to contact someone on repairs@
    plug out if you are going to try it.
