    The door latch on our tumble dryer has broken. Though I can superglue the two parts together I know it won’t last. The spare seems cheap and so replacement seems the best option. The only problem is that I cannot find out how to open up the door to replace the part.

    The E-Nr for the machine is WTA3100GB/02 and the part I want to fit is part number 154074 (described by Bosch as a “hook”).

    Help would be appreciated for what should be a simple job.

    Sorry I can see how you misunderstood me. I can open the door of the tumble dryer, no problem. But how do I get inside the door to replace the part? There seem to be no screws to undo or anything. It loks like a sealed unit.

    You will require a torx T15 (I believe) to remove the hook.
