    I am having trouble locating the NTC thermistor to replace it. I was getting a F13 error message the dryer worked fine on synthetics but error message comes up on cotton cycle.

    I have purchased a replacement but having searched am unable to locate the old one.

    Its slotted into the side of the dryer heater box which itself sits on top of the drum. Think you have to remove the heater box complete and split it to change ntc.
