    Is it just me or is everyone else getting hackked off with reporting the same thing over and over again to various companies?

    Frankly yes I am fed up with it.

    It all adds to the costs of handling the call in the first place, a part of this industry which is sadly overlooked by many when pricing repair costs, administration.

    Can I please nominate INDEPENDANT APPLIANCE SERVICE LIMITED as the very worst in the trade for lost faxes. I dont think a day goes by but thier on the phone to say they hav’nt recieved this or that fax/spares order. Perhaps we should give them the order of St. ANTHONY ( the patron Saint of lost items ) either that, or chip in for a ream of fax paper for thier machine, or simply reqest that they PLUG THE BLOODY THING IN !

    Well I have a load of them constantly on my case chasing reports and updates, a lot of them for no apparent reason.

    This goes back to the old software thing though, can they not all agree somewhere a set standard to allow remote comms in this day and age, or are they all as skint as we are and simply cannot afford to do it?

    The biggest bug bear I find regards ISDA and faxes is that they only seem to own 1 fax machine on 1 number. The same fax that sends everything out. Thefore when they are on a send run, you have no chance.

    Richard, If you read this, get them to spend £50 on another machine on another line, please; that way we can send orders or return faxes that do not belong to us.

    😯 Why have you not told me before?

    💡 There is an answer. Send your reports and orders by email. Use Wendy’s address: wendyfallowfield@isdal.co.uk

    This way you will know that Wendy is sorting it and you and Wendy will both have records of the message being sent and received.

    Good old Wendy, old as in an endearment; She is full of useful information and knows everything even before it has happened.

    Hope they look after her up there.

    I’ve actually been emailing Wendy for some months now with spares orders and info on calls but never sent reports that way.

    I will do now though if this is acceptable.
