    Hi my Prima Oven LPR814 has stopped working. The grill heats up and the fan works but the main oven will not heat up.

    This oven was already installed when I bought my house so I have no manual. I did phone Prima today to see if they had a pdf copy but I have not received it.

    Before I buy a new element which was only replaced in 2013 I wanted to check if the clock is the problem which at the moment says stop but I have no idea how to reset this.

    Its an older model but if any one has any ideas I would much appreciate it. Thanks

    If it’s a single cavity oven and the fan runs, the grill works then the fan element is almost certainly gone.
