ParticipantAnyone got the sequence for reset on a Bosch WAE24364GB/11
It has touch buttons on this one… not seen one of these before… F21, brushes were very low… changed the brushes but can’t reset the code.
Doesn’t react as normal as it has touch buttons.

The reset for this range is as discussed on here many a time. This range all have the touch buttons. It can be fiddly to get the reset to happen. And it has been discussed that the motor sometimes has to be disconnected for the reset to be successful. Personally I havent had to do that.

Ok.. So are you saying that it is the normal 6 o’clock / 7 o’clock reset operation?
If so, at what point is the spin button touched, as I tried this for a good half hour last night and the machine was having none of it.

Turn dial to off position.
Turn dial to 6 0clock position.
Then hold spin button and at the same time turn dial one click clockwise.
Then release spin button.
Then turn dial to off position.(Dont forget to try it with the motor unplugged as well)

If the motor brush failure took out the RCD/MCB when it packed in then it may have blown the motor triac on the PCB. Best check the PCB for surface damage in this case I reckon.
