Already when selling the ISE i’ve had customers enquire about what happens if i quit the domestic appliance trade. Therefore who will carry out the 5 X 5 warranty work.

I know some of you guys are, lets say, mature in age. 😉 How do you get round this sort of question. Especially with the ISE-10. Some of you may retire part way through the warranty period.

Yeah, quite.

But the intent is that you SELL the customers (your database) as is the case with the warranties that we’re banging on about as well.
