    i am currently looking at a used bocuse model 2040 db. i can’t seem to find any info on this model. i find info on the 4040 but even that is limited. do you have any info or a sorce you can send me to?

    Rosieres is a french firm who’s website is totally in french but they are owned by the Candy-Hoover Group. who’s uk website I have posted below.

    Perhaps they can help you locate an instruction book for your appliance. http://www.gias.co.uk/
