Hello

We went out to a customer who owns a Rosieres range cooker.
There is no rating plate, sticker or any information on the appliance to obtain model, serial and product/cabinet numbers on the appliance at all.

It requires:

left oven left door hinge
left oven right door hinge
left oven base element
left oven base element
left oven door seal
Right hob back left burner cap
Right front back right burner cap
Right hob front left burner cap
Right hob front right burner cap

As I understand, there are eight models for the Rosieres Paul Bucose version and the appliance is over ten years old
GIAS cannot help as there is no model number, etc.

Have you checked inside the right hand warming drawer (take it right out) ?

The model number is in there, it will be either 2040?? or 4040??

I have stripped this thing right down and inspected every part, panel, drawer and even the customers floor, just incase the sticker got hot and fell under the appliance but still nothing.

There’s another way to tell with these.

On the 2040 all 7 knobs are the same, on the 4040 the gas knobs for the 4 burners differ to the oven and large left hand burner.

If you get the customer to check by pulling them off and see if they fit (they all look the same but the shaft size differs) 🙂

Yep, all knobs are the same and the shafts are the same size too.
Dave, can we buy the parts from yourselves?
