    Hi All

The left hand oven hinges are playing up – can barely shut the door without risk of something giving by the sounds of it. The r/h door has lost its spring so sits open – not too bothered about that as it’s rarely used other than for plate warming.

Having stripped both doors down int he past, for cleaning, I know how to get to and replace the part on the door. What I’m puzzling over though is how I get to the the hinge receivers, in particular those between the two ovens. Anyone able to offer any pointers?

    I guess that’s a no then!

Parts have now arrived so I’m going to have to figure it out for myself it seems. I can get the central panel loose at the bottom, as there are 4 screws there that area easily accessed. However, that central panel then seems to pass up into the front of the oven at the top.

I found an old post on here where someone’s suggested going in through a hole int he chassis leg and hoiking the receiver up into place with some wire, but it looks like the hole would need bending to get the receiver through it which doesn’t seem ideal.

Access to the one on the side is fairly straightforward so I can get 75{e5d1b7155a01ef1f3b9c9968eaba33524ee81600d00d4be2b4d93ac2e58cec2d} of the job done fairly easily.
