Good morning and many thanks in advance for anyone who takes time to read and reply to this post.
This oven was purchased two years ago and has been a disaster ever since, to be honest: in fact, it is the second one – the first was replaced after it failed completely after less than a month and the repairers said replacement was the easiest option; with this one, we have had repeated problems with the display screen, the fan, the temperature and the door, which fails to close properly.
Sadly, we live in a bit of rural France, where repairs are expensive (there is one big contractor, which covers a huge area) and, going on our experience, don’t usually last!
On this occasion, my wife put on a ‘pyrolyse’ cleaning programme yesterday afternoon and the machine seemed to freeze, with the E15 error. She unplugged it completely over night, in the hope that it would reflect on how naughty it had been and decide to behave better this morning. To no one’s great surprise, that isn’t the case: the screen immediately shows E15 and no controls work.
Any thoughts would be really welcome.
    Many thanks in advance

    Hi Pabster

Can you please supply the full model and serial numbers and there should be a number starting with 3 and should be about 16 digits long

No signal from Door Microswitch (o
nly during the Self-diagnosis and only
    for Pyrolytic Self-cleaning Ovens).

    Bryan
