    Hi, there are double sides to this left oven which are attached by a screw cap fixing at the top. There are also three holes (in a triangular shape) in the middle of the sides. Can anyone tell me what they are there for ?
    Also, are there any other good links for info on these cookers. I’m really enjoying the restoration project.
