KeymasterDunno if it’s returnable Dan as it’s likely a special order. 😕
Ask Dave though, if we can help we will and I still think that the stat could possibly be goosed.

The commutator switch (the part the thermostat pushes on to) is part number 93460822 at £53.16 plus carriage (£3.95) but these won’t cause the oven to overheat, the thermostat controls the temperature.
I think you may have two failures to be honest. if you need the switch the same email address applies 🙂

Thankyou so much for all your help here!!
The oven is finally working correctly!! 😀 😀
Sorry I didnt reply sooner, have been very busy with Xmas preps and whatnot.
I now have a problem with the other oven (static one on right hand side) the other night the light bulb exploded for some unknown reason, however when it shattered it caused the glass bulb cover to shatter too. Is it possible to order another lamp cover from here? as I already have a spare bulb for it.
Much appreciated

I have a Rosieres, Paul Bocuse stove with a double oven. the left oven is electric, has a convection element and is overheating.
It has the exact same problems as described by the last gentleman above. It gets hotter and hotter., I recorded the temperature at 500 degrees F. Also the orange indicator light flickers, and is now loose. I read that they sometimes break off an d short circuit the electronics. I had my manual and misplaced it so I don’t know exactly which model I have. I imported the oven from France in the late 1980’s or early 90’s. Can you help me figure out exactly which model and parts I need. I think the person above discovered some useful information that would get me the right parts.thanks,
Barbara

Hi Barbara,
If you look in the oven/s or the drawers you will find a rating plate with the model number on it.
It sounds like a thermostat and a set of indicators that you need.

Hi there i am another one who has a similar problem with my paul bocuse oven. Except that with mine the left side fan oven doesn’t turn on at all.
When you switch the knob all the way round to the grill settings the element then heats up. So i cant see how it is a problem with the element.
The fan assist button works fine.
I do also have a problem that when the left oven is turned on for a period of time (not heating any thing up) it trips the power in the house. Any idea? Many thanks
