pretty sure these are just hoover/candy i got a pair from connect a while back, not sure if it was the same model tho….

They are unique to the Bocuse 4040, both are handed, right and left obviously and can be gotten from CDSL (usually stock IIRC), Masterpart and of course Candy Hoover as well.

They’re in the shop as well if you’re stuck.
