RS21DPSM refrigerator fan fault code

Hi I have a Samsung side by side fridge freezer rs21dpsm . Had problems with over icing in the fridge . Freezer is working fine so I have fitted the new repair kit to the fridge ie new fan motor thermal switch black defrost sensor and main defrost heater. After switching back on still notice after few days that the fridge temp was still around 12 degrees and ice starting to build up again . I took it apart to find that the fridge fan motor not working. Ive run the diagostic check , two buttons on fridge and its coming up with fault in fridge fan motor. The motor seems to turn on for 4 seconds then goes off for 4 then back on and so for a few minutes then stops altogether. . Ive checked all the continuity across the motors and sensors. Everything seems to be in working order..could it be the main PCB board. Is there any other checks I can do..

Oh I have also swapped the motors across with freezer. They both work fine when plugged into the freezer and both freezer and fridge motors have same fault when plugged into fridge ie run for few seconds then off for few then eventually stop till I switch off the power and restart to go through same process… any advise at all would be greatly appreciated. .
