    Hi ,is there a minimum ambient that this fridge freezer should run in ,I called out to this and it was in a garage ,display read freezer 7 fridge -3 (minus three ) or is this a sensor fault possibly fridge side as it was around 9 degrees in the garage Thanks Cras

    Hi

    ALL refrigeration has a climate class Samsung says +13oc approx. Did you put it into test mode to read any faults ?.

    Yes put it into test mode no faults showing , customer says it’s been in garage for two years ,trying to work out why fridge display reads -3 degrees thanks Cras

    Turned out to be a faulty fridge sensor

    Then this would have shown up during the test mode.
