We’re in a bit of a bind I’m afraid! We’ve called out to a Samsung American Fridge Freezer, it’s powering on but showing error code “SPM”. Our refrigeration manager is luckily on holiday for 2 weeks and the other lads are scratching their heads.
I can’t seem to find any technical info for this, and Samsung support have said “turn it off for 15 minutes then back on again”. Which the customer has obviously done.
