    Hello all!

    We’re in a bit of a bind I’m afraid! We’ve called out to a Samsung American Fridge Freezer, it’s powering on but showing error code “SPM”. Our refrigeration manager is luckily on holiday for 2 weeks and the other lads are scratching their heads.

    I can’t seem to find any technical info for this, and Samsung support have said “turn it off for 15 minutes then back on again”. Which the customer has obviously done.

    Any ideas?

    Bang on, cheers Martin – I’ll give this a look over. Needless to say Samsung’s “turn it off and on again” didn’t work!
