rsh1 dbbp no input from display buttons

hi guys customer complaint of display going on and off not coming back for hours and temp not correct this fridge freezer seems to be working fine but i cant use any of the buttons, the power freeze light is on ,the ice/water is working fine also, funny thing is it will go into diagnostic mode power freeze and fridge temp buttons pressed ?? anyone

from one of the components ? could it be a main board fault ?

If it goes into diagnostic mode, what faut code is coming up

Hi Richard it’s not diagnostic mode sorry I’ve just checked the rs21 manual , its load operation check function it just blinks all the lights off when power freeze and vacation are pressed its only when fridge temp is presses straight away does it gi to load operation
