    Hi

Sharp knife with about 6″ blade..slide knife down the outer door side of the seal approx 1″ into the door. This will then allow you to pull the old seal off.

Silicone gun with clear silicone needed next..run a bead down inside all the edges between the plastic liner and outer door..

Refit the new door seal and tell customer to not open for 18hrs..

Run out of house and dont answer phone for next 2 years..

Thanks baz and bryan, we rang indespoint and after 20 mins and 3 deoartments managed to get them to send us the tech sheets, must be what they issue to their engineers. have scanned the seal replacement section onto the pc, so if anyone wants a copy would be willing to email them.
