Russell Hobbs fridge freezer R600A

Last night, found fridge freezer not working.
The outside of the fridge felt quite warm (not sure if that is normal).
The fridge light was still working.
Unplugged it.
This morning, cleaned and dried the fridge freezer and plugged it in.
It now seems to be working.
Sides of fridge are warm. (again not sure if that is normal)
Any ideas why it stopped working? Thank you.

this is like taking kids to the docs

while it has no fault you are never going to find it

problem now is you cant trust it
