Russell Hobbs oven – exploded diagrams needed – RHEO0501SS-M

I am looking for replacement backing button support guide – the timer button especially the middle button has lost its springy-ness. I am guessing it is the plastic spring that sits between the buttons and the timer.

I am not able to locate replacement parts, can anyone shed any light on this?
