If you were to own a property or two on a ‘buy to let basis’ then it represents good economic sense to buy cheap. Put decent gear in a two bed flat with a couple of student tenants and you be surprised how often they break the soddin’ fixtures and fittings. You’ll soon realise replacing good with crap is the direction many landlords take these days. So you were quite correct in one respect, very wrong in the other. 😕

Maybe you’ve assumed wrongly Martin? who mentioned two bedroom flats and students? It maybe a four bedroomed house with a family of four in it? Then it would be a false investment!

these machines are vestal built in china asda bought 10,000 in rumer has it they paid £ 62 per machine no parts or tech has been supplied so if they go wrong asda will replace
