Hi gents
s/sung RS21 fridge fan runs for 3secs when it feels like lovely and quiet changed PCB fridge sensors both no joy anyone had this (came on for 5secs then off again)HELP PLEASE no imfo on this

The fan only works with the door closed or the light switch pressed in.

make sure the freezer door is closed, Open the fridge door.

Press the light switch and hold it, after about thirty seconds the freezer fan starts then a few seconds later the fridge fan should cut in.

Keep hold of the switch and see if the fan works ok.

done all sugested fan in fridge does not come on atall then it might for 3 secs then stay off for half hour then on for 5secs to 1 min then off for abit it is thou it not being feed from board but i have fitted new board cheers alro

Have you checked for clean and tight connections at the board

If there is no temp or food loss issue it’s likely perfectly normal.

It may be the fan itself.

It is rare to get PCB faults on a Samsung.

There has always been a problem on the pcb multi plugs with corrosion if it has been in a damp environment. Same as the dispenser problem but nowhere near as severe

fan in fridge faulty replaced now works fine many thanks to all
