    Whirlpool overfrosting,defrost element OK but I’m not sure of the defrost sensor part no,is it ecompassed in the black square part clipped to the evaporator,which also is the heater protecter/cut out,descriptions are a bit vague to meanyone know what it is please.

    Another though,is the defrost run by the pcb ie timed,a number of defrosts daily for set periods,or is it terminated by the sensor ?

    Is there an actual service manual as opposed to just wht is on sios cd?
