    Am i going crazy
    is there a switch or valve that diverts water from the top to the bottom spray arm,so that they alternate

    There are quite a few dishwashers that have a diverter valve in them they are operated by a small electric motor like a timer motor.

    Yes i know that, but does this one have that diverter on it .
    I cannot see anything on the exploded view.

    Thanks Colin any idea how that works, i cant see a valve on that assy , how difficult is it to fit

    It consists of a cam device opening and closing the top and bottom spray arm outlets each in turn every 55 seconds. It is motor/gearbox driven. It is fitted directly under the heater unit and comes as part of the ‘Instanteneous Heater Unit’.
