    neff d/washer lights are on ie time in display shut the door and its dead, checked the wiring in door anything else to look for on these with this problem,

    If you lift the red flood rod will the drain pump then burst into life? Will the module reset at all?

    not tried rod you can select any programme so it moves along and theres water in the tub cant hear anything from pump

    One torx screw holds the pump cover in place, lift cover and check impellor turns first. Full access to the pump best achieved by removing decor panel, outer door panel and then the bottom plate…pump right there and simply unclips (bayonet fit) simples! 😉

    pumps ok nothing happened when lift red rod no power to pump, the only thing it does is the time in display counts down, but its dead apart from that!

    :hmm: A close look at the module might be your next move. Any signs in the base of mice activity, chewed wire maybe?
