hi guys if you have to repair more than one appliance in the same place do you charge the same price. or less after the first appliance i have to look at 2 machines and 2 dryers. in a lock up and what do you guys charge for travel thanks fasetester. 🙂

Charge your normal fee for both, they will of course be expecting a warranty on all your work after all.

My basic charge covers the first hour of work then I charge an hourly rate for additional time. Exceptions to this include bearing jobs for which I tend to have fixed prices according to the type of machine. I suppose it depends on how you split up your day, if you have to schedule in less calls in a day because one customer has several appliances to be looked at you need to charge enough to end up with the same total labour income.
