Same fault keeps reappearing on RSH5UBBP

Hi i have had the above model for just over a year now and am on my 2nd engineers visit and 4th support call.

The fridge and freezer temp rises and there is no alarm, and the display shows -18+4 on the display.

So the first i know is that the stuff has gone off and the temp has risen is when i open the door and find that i am to late and i have lost another load of perishables.
1st call i was told to switch off for 2 hrs and that seemed to have cured it 2nd call results in engineers visit 3rd call id a repeat of 1st call then today i book another engineers visit.

Apliance is not sited near any heat and is in the open (no housing) last engineers visit couldn’t find anything but replaced 2 sensors.

Any idea of how to remedy this

NO apparent reason and there is no absolute repair or reply as of February this year from samsung technical concerning this.

Get the engineer to replace the main PCB.if that fails again demand a new one.

The evaperator cover is also made of the same design as the RS21 so in my opinion WILL have the same faults as the RS21 evaperator cover sooner or later of the blown polystyrene soaking the water and blistering..

This model was supposed to have been the flagship model of samsung but has also been plagued with faults.Just hope you don’t need a new door as normally both need to be changed and the finish isn’t guaranteed to be the same.
