Note the use of the fault codes online as well as our ENTIRE online spares store, word for bl00dy word, images and everything ripped off!
I want to delete his account as he is obviously a waste of space, a thief and all round bad egg.

Just do it Ken, he did’nt abide by the directive from us before and should have been chucked off then IMHO.
I’m sure you have your ways of checking if similar I.P. Adresses try to sign on.I would even send a solicitors letter (might frighten him off) re the shop copying and name and shame the bugger on the open site.

Surely copying the shop details across to his own site is illegal?
I did notice though that he has adjusted all the prices upwards!!!
I would delete his account and let him know why it was deleted, politely of course 😆 .John

Also I thought it was illegal to trade on the web without listing your trading address, cant see one anywhere.

They’ve changed it to a sign up to view the store.
However I have now suspended Mr Clifton’s access to UK Whitegoods and I should expect, being as he’s the only one ever kicked off repairs@ that he has a snowball’s chance in hell of getting onto the WTA as well.
He’s an idiot.

Okay, I’ll feed your ego Alex, you were correct. 😆
He was under the guise of aclarke, you can search for the tw4t and see that he is one and the same as Tony Clifton although he made out that he was someone else, in breach of the site T&Cs. He ripped off information without permission, against the site T&Cs. He shagged over a customer which just isn’t very nice.
Basically an all round scumbag IMO.
