Samsung, they’re quite good for products such as digital cameras and mobile phones especially, my mum and dad both have one, and they say they’re so easy to use, and getting them thin like that, must have had a lot of thought and engineering.

Have a 7 month old P1253GW washing machine that has been sat idle for 3 weeks because Currys and Samsung can’t fix it. Customer service seems to be an alien concept to both companies.
Note to self- NEVER buy anything from Currys or Samsung again.August 12, 2007 at 7:10 pm #211200helo_75
Participantwell, u could help us by tryin to explain whats wrong with it?
if they cant repair it within warranty, theyre legally bound to replace it!

Would never buy a Samsung washing machine again….more callouts than I care to think about and no help whatsoever from Comet. Domestic & General engineers who kept coming out to repair said it was a very poor design and no one wanted to take ownership of the problem

Hi Boa
the responcibility lies with the retailer who you purchased the appliance from.
The design of the samsung washing machine isnt bad if the engineer knows what they are doing.
