Samsung Add Wash Washing Machine “dC” error

I have been out to look at a Samsung Add Wash Washing Machine this morning with a “dC” error being displayed every time you select a cycle and press start. you hear a door lock engage and then nothing only the error code turns up and makes a fancy jingle

Can someone please help me clear this error and find out the problem

Maybe it won’t clear until you change the door lock?
Has it go a child lock setting on it?

we have changed the door lock and the error is still present
I have checked and double checked that it is not the child lock.
