    Hi, Ive got a RS21DCNS with no water dispensing 🙁 . The water is on, and when you push the ‘lever’back, the pump or solenoid (I’m not sure which……..I’ve had no training on these 😕 ? makes a humm noise……but no water or just a trickle. Heard a coupla people on about changing the frrezer door, is this wright 😯 ?
    Any help would be greatly appreciated 😀 .

    Water bottle behind the two drawers in the fridge will be frozen. 🙂
    Check the customer is not running the fridge too cold ie. below 3C or has been away for a few days without water being used. You may have a problem with the fridge defrost circuit. 😥
