Samsung American Fridge/Freezer RSH5UBBP

I returned from Holiday to find that the Fridge & Freezer had stopped working all the food had gone off and it was very hot – On closer inspection noticed that the conderser fan had stopped working so I replaced this and cleaned the coil’s – Also did a factory reset – The fan is great but the fridge and freezer are still not cooling ?? any ideas where to look next ??? Thank you in advance

Hi thanks for your reply ,yes the compressor is running and the cooling fan working ,i also have an error now e 5 which according to my reasearch is the refridgerator evaperator defrost tempreture sensor failure ? this is the fridge side would this effect both sides ?

Sorry i have only just seen your reply, yes i was going to say check the sensors next, if the comp is running then its a good sign, the probes could and would hold the temperature off if they are reading wrongly.
