Ours worked well for 11 months before the temp lights started flashing and everything started defrosting in the freezer.
Engineer called – “Defrost for 24 hours” he said.
It worked, but 2 weeks later, same fault.
Engineer 2 called – “lets replace the LCD and then defrost” he said.
Worked this time for almost 3 weeks!!
Engineer 3 called – “Common fault with Samsung, lets get you a new one, but don’t buy a Samsung!”
I also know 2 other people with Samsungs, one of them has had no probs at all, but surprise, surprise, one of them now has flashing temp lights and no cooling…..
You’ve been warned!
