Hi ,sorry don’t have model no to hand ,been out to this new American that’s been bought faulty through a sale ,there’s 240v to the compressor but it doesn’t appear to run. Is there anything I should know before I fit a new compressor ? Thanks Cras. ….sorry should say it’s the first inverter type I have attempted to change 😀

Open the cover top right corner on rear of appliance. There you’ll see a large pcb with a red LED, on the back of the cover there is tech info which includes fault codes. You count the number of flashes, each fault will have a set number, that includes compressor faulty. Inverter compressors are more reliable, I’d check the fault first before going compressor changing.
