Have a customer with an american style that she has been told requires a safety mod being elderly she has said that she would prefer me to do it and doesnt mind paying ,having not yet been out to it and unable to get the model number off her on the phone last night i was wondering if there is a common modification that fits most of the r600a units and if so what it consists of ,thanks Cras

Samsung will carry it out free of charge. All she needs to do is contact Samsung.

Thanks for the reply Bryan i have told her that samsung do it free of charge but i have been going to this lady for over twenty years and she is quite insistant that i do it for her so any info for the required parts would be a great help .Thanks Cras
