Samsung American style F/F leaking

4th time lucky getting a reply about a fridge problem.

I have one of these that is leaking from the base when the water is turned on – I’m not sure if it is the part the filter plugs into, or if it is a bad connection or split in the pipes where it plugs in to that part.

Can I get access to this from the bottom of the base? My hands are not designed to fit into small places and I can’t see much from the front or back. The bloke will be in to stop it falling over if there is access, but I couldn’t tilt it back far enough to see before.

It is unlikely leaking from the pipes itself.

If it is leaking at the front it is most likely the john guest fitting at the front.

This is under the kick plate at the front near the freezer door side,

The kick plate is held on by three screws.

The other place is at the back on the water solinoid this is behind the rear plate on the back.

Thanks. I didn’t see any sign of a leak at the solenoid the last time I was there. The water was apparently coming out of the front , so off with the kickplate.
