My 2 year old Samsung DA99-00494V (nearest thing I can find to a model number!) Is freezing ok but not cooling the fridge.
I’m a pretty capable maintenance engineer but have only experience of industrial refrigeration plant. Hoping with a little guidance I can fix this. Are we talking duff pcb or fridge stat maybe?
Could anyone point me in the right direction please?

theres a sticker on the inside of the fridge, on the left hand side, just above the second shelf, the model number will be on there
im not sure i recognise that number, but i could be wrong?

Believe it or not I have had the same problem today. Your appliance is an RS21, you can find all the details on the side of the appliance.
I phoned the Samsung helpline (see their website) and they told me there is a design fault with this appliance and are repairing it free of charge on Friday. Also they are sending out a new 3 year warranty. RESULT! 😀
