samsung american style fridge freezer

hi all hope someone can help with this

was called out to a samsung fridge freezer model RSH1NHSN,
CUSTOMER says noise coming from the fridge but had stoped by the time we got there, so suspected the fan and it was over frozen with ice,so we called back the next day alowing the fridge to defrost and then we could acsess the components, after testing the yousuall suspect parts we found the fan to be not working so replaced the fan motor with new one then turned it back on but the new fan didnt seem to run,so we left it to run over knigh thinking it may come on once the fridge reaches temp.the customer called me back to say fridge is only down to 11 degrees and fridge door was shut all night,so i have to return. is it a power supply to fan motor fault. ?
