samsung american style fridge freezer fridge not cooling

Afternoon All

I have a Samsung American style fridge / freezer model no: RS21JLBG ( the black Glass one ) just last night the fridge decided not to cool, sitting up at 14 and no signs of coming down, freezer works perfectly, anyone any ideas, thanks in advance

since the freezer is working perfectly it could be a build up of ice blocking the ducts

fully defrost unit by turning it off at the plug and open both doors for 2 days. then turn on and see what happens
