In that case it may well be that the water tank is frozen and the common cause of that is due to the evaperator cover has failed allowing and transfering the coldness to the water tank.

try switching the appliance off for 6 hours with the fridge door open and then switch back on and try it.

Thanks for your reply.
Can’t live without the fridge being on, I’ve got no where else for the food to live. Can you tell me where the tank is located, maybe i can defrost it with a hairdryer?

Morning all
Just had the fridge off for 24hrs now, powered back up but still no water dispenser! Since there’s a microswitch on the water dispenser paddle I assume there must be a solonoid valve somewhere, would this be my next move?
