Samsung Auto 4E Error Code?

Hi,

He can’t give me the model but says is an Eco Bubble machine.

Complaint of 4E error code which I understand to do with fill problems.

But the customer describes also a clicking noise behind the control facia.

Apparently the error may not show up on all programs.

Any insights would be helpful.

Thanks Bryan, helpful indeed.

It turned out to be an open circuit coil on the double water inlet valve.

It was the standard type and had one so good result.
