Ah, if you needed further proof on how old you are, look no further than this current Samsung auto dosing washer and all that AI wizardry or any auto dosing washing machines with the exception of Bosch which is easy to fix but with 17 years of experience and this Samsung stumped me.
keeps saying low softener and carried out cleaning, etc and checked the softener is of the right consistency and none of it solved it. I am loathed to open up the machine since is it 3 years old and I probably will find labyrinth of hoses with very little space to get my tiny grubby hands in it.
My instinct says dosing pump is faulty or sensor built within the pump? I think it did works on first time then on second load, it says low softener which has to be reset each time.
