    Got one of these thats 2.5 years old. During all cycles, the door warning just flashes and the washer stops. A repair company (recommended by Samsung) took £75 call out charge off me and diagnosed a faulty door interlock. Now they have had this part on order for 4 weeks from their supplier! I’ve phoned them numerous times but they are not that interested and just tell me they have re-orderd it, it not come in etc…etc… Anyone think this part is still available or am I looking at a new machine? Any advice?

    Hmmm…….thanks. not looking good. Samsung was a bit of an impulse purchase! Wont make that mistake again!
    Anyway acording to the service agent the part was sent to them last Friday! I’ll believe it when I see it!!
