Hi Gents
door lock connection melted fitted new lock reconnect with tags still flashing de have live & neutral at lock when cables disconnected but when i connect them to lock & press start i loose the neutral so lock not working de again anyone got info on this machine as i am suspecting PCB or am i incorrect. Pushing door lock over to make sure it is not the latch on door

Hi
Very common fault and a couple have been a bit more than melted wires. The new pcb has a different circuit on it and will need to be replaced. Personally I would tell the customer to reclaim full cost back from Samsung as it is a known defect by Samsung.
