Had no end of problems with this machine which I wont even go into but am pretty sure it was a flawed design when it left the factory. Anyway its now out of warranty and we did not bother extending as the faults always seemed to lie with clothes going in between the drum and seal. Even when using sock bags etc…and engineers say this isnt covered.
Anyway getting fault E2 now, as always and think it is a blockage when draining which results in it not spinning. I have drained it manually, removed all the plastic piping underneath where we have found rogue socks in the past…none of the drainage tubes/pipes seemed blocked although I did find some material in the fan like part which I believe draws the water up into the waste pipe and out??
So put it all back together and its still showing this fault only when it comes to doing the final spin and drain. E2 is a drainage blockage fault though right?? And is there anything else I can look for or try…..dont really want to call an engineer out – would rather buy a new machine! Any suggestions?!
