    Hi, My trusty Samsung B1415J is refusing to work! all control panels working properly, fills up, drains, tries to wash but drum not turning. Really stuck without it as have little baby with a medical condition which causes regurgitation – hence need machine working desperately!!. Have needed to replace belt in past, but never seen this error code, is it motor? anyone help me please? HUGE thankyou in advance!! :rolls:

    Hi

    “EA” is a motor fault, Motor defect open/short ciruit windings,loose connector , PCB fault.

    Check armature ~2ohms
    Windings ~1.5
    Tacho ~40 ohms
    Protector ~0 ohms

    Power off and plug out before working on machine.

    Hi Washman, thankyou so much! My Husband had a twiddle and seems there was a loose connection, now working again!, thanks once more
