We have a customer whose Samsung B1445S washing machine that keeps throwing up an ‘uneven load’ error. Customer has been advised about how to best avoid an uneven load and they insist that they are following this advise but are still getting the error and no spin.
Has anyone heard of this before? Is it possible that the machine is mis-diagnosing a fault or is the customer to blame?
