hi all a customer has rang up saying machine showing E21 fault any body got the codes for these?

Hi have you checked the cavity temp sensor? It may be open circuit.

Hi

This oven does’nt have E21 but as Savbeoulf says if its E27 that’s the cavity sensor.

Was the code confirmed and what was found?
I have had a call from a customer who also says this oven is displaying an E21 code.
